Dr. Volpi and his practice are top-notch. The office is busy- but this is New York, after all- and I was always able to get an appointment in relatively short order. I was referred to an ENT after experiencing headaches that my neurologist couldn't adequately explain. Dr. Volpi was quick to assess my situation with the scans and tests I already had done, and he started me on medication and ordered follow-up testing. Ultimately, the doctor referred me to one of his excellent colleagues who provided me the surgery I needed. It's only been a week, but I can tell that my symptoms are greatly improved. I am so thankful for Dr. Volpi setting me on the path I needed to get this life-changing procedure, and it's reassuring to know that I have him on my care team should I need any follow-up treatment.

After many years of listening to someone snore and losing sleep, my eos sleep doctor was able to find the solution. He is extremely effective attentive and humorous. In addition to being an excellent doctor, I highly recommend him to everyone with a sleep disorder as well as anyone who has a sleep disorder.

Dr. Le was very professional and listened to the explanation of my symptoms. I did not feel rushed like in so many other doctor offices. Her physical exam was gentle and she described everything beforehand. The receptionist worked very hard at getting me a STAT CT scan that was only 2 hours after my appointment and we worked together in finding a radiology center and pharmacy that was beneficial for my commute and appointment.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Volpi’s for more than two years. As someone who is genetically inclined toward sinus issues, I’ve seen my share of ENTs and he is hands down the best. He explains everything to you in terms you can understand without being pedantic and truly cares about his patients. After he performed my second sinus surgery (to fix another doctor’s failed attempt) he even gave my mother (my post-surgery caretaker) his cell number and was answering her questions no matter the time of day. Finding a good, friendly doctor in NYC can be a challenge, but rest assured you are in good hands at this office.

Dr. Volpi is very professional and knowledgeable. I had been breathing and sleeping poorly for years and he knew exactly what my issue was and the proper remedy. After taking x-rays to confirm the initial diagnosis, he performed a non-invasive surgery and I was back to normal within 3 days. I always knew I had a snoring problem, but a few years ago I met a wonderful woman who gave me an ultimatum: either my snoring had to go or I did! So I took charge of the situation and decided it was time to finally do something about it… After examining me a few times, the Dr. performed the Pillar procedure on me, and inserted what looked like small toothpicks in the roof of my mouth. He did an exceptional job and since then I haven’t been snoring — I used to be very tired all day, but not anymore. I wake up actually feeling rested. My girlfriend is very happy.
